Put the olive oil in a pan, and fry the beef
Add the carrot
Add the Potato
Add the Stock or water
Add the Peas
Add the spices
Let it cook for 20 minutes or until tender
If you Added the Bay leaf, don’t forget to take it
from the food before purée
