So as I said previously, the Gluten free products are really good.
Here are some of the recipes that I’ve made this weekend:
Pizza Competition
My pizza can be called: Pizza Fiery Tuna
Ingredients:
- Gluten free pizza base (Glutafin)
- 1 can of tuna
- Tomato sauce for the base
- Free lactose shredded cheese
- Jalapenos
DH pizza: Wonderful Prosciutto
Ingredients:
- Gluten free pizza base (Glutafin)
- Prosciutto
- Jalapenos
- Tomato sauce for base
- Shredded cheese
- Chorizo
- Parmesan cheese
These pizza bases where godly good!! Home made texture really (…I realize now that I want another pizza competition!…yumm).
Which one would you choose?
Fusilli Salmonatto
Ingredients:
- Gluten Free Fiber Fusilli (Glutafin)
- Salmon
- 1 pot of Alpro soy single cream
- spices (garlic powder, mixed herbs, bit of salt)
Prep:
- Boil the Fusilli for 10 minuts to be Al Dente (medium rare cook pasta)
- Leach the water and keep the pasta inside the pan
- Mix the soya cream inside and mix the salmon already in pieces
- Mix the spices you want
- Let it cook for 5 minutes
