One year ago, the UK was going through one of the coldest winters I have ever go through with a lot of snow, this year snow was hidden, but hopefully Summer will be warmer (not so warmer as last year please… last years it was the extreme: too cold – too hot!).

Our Favourite of this month! I love having Pesto at home, I actually always have a Sacla pesto at home, but this one being with less calories makes it better. The flavour is still the same, but healthier. Way to go Sacla!
