When it comes to hiring, the right employee can make the world of difference. Your business can’t function at its best without a great team behind it. So if you’re rushing your recruitment process and picking the first person you believe can do the job – you could be missing out. Recruitment takes time, and even if you’re short on that, it’s worth every moment you can spare.
You might feel like you’re saving money by skimping funds on your equipment, but it couldn’t be further from the truth. Tools, machinery, equipment – cheaper isn’t better. Cheaply-made equipment is going to be far more unreliable, will require maintenance more often, and may even be more dangerous to use.
Working with power tools that are prone to breaking during use puts your employees in a dangerous situation. If you haven’t got enough to invest in quality alternatives right now, it might be worth saving instead.
