What a nice time we had in Swindon.
Home of the Magic Roundabout (1 crazy roundabout that contains another 5 roundabouts and… well… confusing to be honest but fun!).
Double Tree by Hilton in Swindon is a family friendly hotel, with space for private parties, large group bookings and conferences.
Close to everything, this hotel has a 24-hour gym and a nice restaurant called 14Twelve and the staff is really friendly.
We’ve stayed in one of their suites, in which the sofa bed converts to a double bed, and fit 4 people in this room.
The room has all the basic needs in your stay and if very comfortable. The hotel was fully booked, and we honestly didn’t hear anyone during the nights we stayed.
The food was nice, and they change their weekly menus every week. They have a normal full menu, then a weekly one which they add new and different plates with a special price for 2 or 3 courses, and they have the children menu as well.
